Argh. I really don't want to take SATs tomorrow. I know I'm going to do badly not really cos I'm not prepared or anything (I'm not, actually) but because I'm always so careless. It's something I'll never ever cure (read: stupid math papers) which means I should never take SATs cos I'm never ever going to do well ): Oh well. And doing practice papers just serve to make me even more annoyed cos EVERYTHING's careless.

My mood keeps swinging from high to low.

Omg! We're so damn fast! In like 1 day we've managed to finish 3 huge banners! And they're all so pretty (: Yay decor people rock! Haha.

Did gradnight saigang today. Very funny haha we were having loads of stupid fun singing songs and putting paper necklaces around each other. Even though loads of stuff are just lousy saigang, it's still quality time together man. I love council! <3

I learnt something BIG today. You learn new things every day, man!

Haha today was craaaziness! :D Whoo hoo! I'm still highhh.

Today me ben jon and hanson left school at 10.30pm! Han ian zhizhi yujia left at like 9.30. Haha and we told anna we'd leave at 8 :D But we got high and crazy so we just started painting and painting nonstop. Haha today's painting session was soooo fun and high haha. Jon and I were singing nonstop especially next year's batch dance song! :D And dancing the batch dance!

Ahhh haha today was a fun day!

Yay my pseudo-OG T'inkerbell 123 rocks! Hahaha even though our name is sho lianzz.

We are total camwhores, like seriously. We take a thousand pictures at every station we go to. And we crash other people's photos too :D yay will post them maybe. If junliang sends :D

Haha today was much fun-er than yesterday, and now I don't want dry run to end! It's so like the real orientationn. Our OG is fun to the max manz.

Yay can't wait for my OG :D with tanzengyaooo philip. We're going to think of a really cool name. Like really.

Today shuting and I decided that hongjie was very cute! He is like a little boyyyyy omgz. Hahaha. Elton is cute too :D All the little boyboyz omgz I cannot take it. Zhiwen is some loser lah I told him hongjie was sho cute and all he could say was 'Oh. Am I cute too am I cute too?'

Oh my new nickname is xiao ai. My mama is janice! Hahaha. Giraffe is xiao xin. We're trying to find a xiao de so we can be xin ai de :D

Haha. Aiyah it was kind of expected I guess. Cos he was so unwilling to become an MT ogl and I really didn't want my co to be sad or sianed whenever MT was cheering. Ah but I was/am still sad. Orientation isn't supposed to start like that ): Heh.

Anyway! I've found my new co-ogl! Phillip tan zengyaooo. Hahaha. I broke up him and hongjie! ): So sad right? Sorry lah. Quite a sad business (it totally broke my heart to do it) but anw I'll be having fun making fun of him (:

Dry run todayyy was... tiring? Haha. Yewei is screwed up! Mandy and I were attacking him during one game, and I managed to steal his stickers. Then he pounced on me and almost raped me! Luckily mandy sat on him until he gave up. Lol it was super funny. Oh oh and giraffe and I decided to experience the lives of siamese twins! We stayed joined at the head for 1 hour, can you believe it hahaha. Now we know how tough life really is for conjoined twins. For one, everyone makes fun of you and tries to take advantage of you (e.g. during games. Just cos you're less mobile walking with your heads joined?). And it's hot man. We're hot (: They finally insisted we break up after 1h of our nonsense lol.

After that me han yen and jon still had to stay back and chalk our storyline backdrop ): ZHIZHI LOH IS A MEAN GUY. He saw my backdrop design and told me to paint it myself. Hmpf. Too complicated? Oh please, life is tough.

Haha and nicky is some perverted nonsense. During decor lunch we were talking about how crap our pseudo-OG names were, especially shuhan's which was 'Touch me'.

Haha I wouldn't have guessed how terribly unfit I am until yesterday's CCIC PT! Okayyy I'm sorry I shouldn't have not exercised once Napfa ended. But I was so happy it ended! ):

So now my muscles hurt like craaazy! But yay to nicer muscles. Soon soon.

The morning was a complete fiasco. I am embarrassed. It has to do with a closed bustop gate, climbing over a high track fence, pants getting stuck and boys running away leaving sabby to unstuck my pants. Exciting right?

Wanjoo and I are super unfit! Nvm we'll do better next timeee

Then was dance practice! For CCICs ahaa cos we stank. Sprayed deo all over ngiamz. Sabby and I had fun. We'll have dance pract as our next PT okay okay? It's so much more fun AND it trains random muscles all over! Like, seriously.

Then was IMBA 7 HOUR LONG MT HOUSED MEETING from 2.30-9.30!. Fun manz. Juanhe with cool hair (but not so cool this time cos he din gel ): ) came to crash! Haha he says our housed can be quite intimidating when we start shouting at each other. But ah well it's always in the name of fun and passion. All we mean when we shout is for each other to hear and get our arguments, and anyway no one takes it to heart :D But yay he says we're doing a gd job (:

After dinner we continued our meeting by finding some presents. Omgz we are such indecisive people. It got us really annoyed cos we were walking around J8 aimlessly arguing over what we should get. But haha it was super funny! We were trying to speak good english. We've decided that:

1. Singaporeans speak too fast! I figured out that it was because we needed to finish saying everything before we got interrupted. Plus ally speaks like a bullet train so maybe we all got affected. To stop people from interrupting us we've come up with a great plan (which zhiwen used before :D :D) just put out your hand and say 'can you please wait till I've finished?'
2. We use alot of meaningless words. Like random 'likes' and 'asin'. Hahaha we were trying to not say them, but ally and grace are super lousy! Grace keeps going 'Asin.. oops! I mean, asin like, OOPS!' and ally was spouting 'Asin, like, you know asin' while talking on the phone.
3. Not say damn! WHICH I HAVE SUCCEEDED IN :D
4. Sprik proper engrish. Pronounce words properlyyy

Oh on the way home zhiwen and I were thinking of coolio OG names. Haha we've come up with: T'anah merah, T'ampines, T'sang nila utama. Lol. Zhiwen chopes T'anah merah and T'sang nila utama. And my kor says sean and I should just pretend T'hong meant the thong slippers not underwear! Hahaha.

Orientation dry run tmr + doing of the storyline backdrops! yay I really hope they turn out as nice as the mother (or father as naing insists) big banner, which is freaking NICE pls look at it next year.

Hahaha I've found a great way to learn my SAT words! I've only realised the importance of learning them today, cos I guess I can't just always guess my way through and hope to be tyco like always. Thats like nearly 100 pages of words to learn, so.

My kor and I are CONSANGUINEOUS. The CACOPHONY of randomly banged notes my younger brother is playing now is making me ANIMUS toward him. I need to be ALLAYED. Aren't all these words BOMBASTIC? It's difficult to write a COGENT blog entry while using such AFFECTED words CONCOMITANTLY. But while it may seem CHIMERICAL, and also CIRCUITOUS and excessive, I seem to be quite ADEPT at it huh! I deserve some ADULATION.

Everyone go read the timekeeper's wife! Good book. Was looking for it for ages and found it. It's about this guy who has a genetic disease that makes him time travel. So he actually met his wife when she was 6 years old and he knew the exact date he was going to die on, when his daughter would be born and all those things. Really touching book and it makes you think man.

Oh and class stayover monday-tuesday! Haha it was fun :D but that was 2 days ago and I can't think and I dont have the time to, so I guess you'd just have to imagine the fun i had ):

YAY TODAY WAS AN UBER RUSHED AND PACKED AND TIRING DAY BUT IT WAS SO MUCH FUN.

SHARON LIM'S WEDDING! HAHA SO COOL. I AND ZILUO JUST GIGGLED THROUGH THE WHOLE THING COS OF THIS ~~TOAD-LIKE~~ CUTE BOY WHO WAS STANDING RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CHOIR WHO LOOKED SO COMICAL WHEN SINGING.

YEAR DRESS-CRAZY DAY II! :D CAME LATE COS OF THE WEDDING. BUT IT WAS FUN ANYWAY. WE WERE SUPER HIGH AT THE END AND DANCED ON THE CHAIRS. PLAYED OUR YEARS' FAVOURITE SONGS. LIKE LIAN AI BY MAYDAY. AND TUO DIAO BY DU DE WEI. THEN CAMWHORED IN THE NICE NICE TOILET! :D

MT COUNCILLORS OUTING. CAME LATE COS OF YEAR OUTING. BUT IT WAS SO FUN TOO! HAHA. WE SCREAMED ALOT. OMG WE'RE SUCH RETARDED PEOPLE. FIRST PLAYED THIS UGLY UGLY UGLY GAME WHEN WE KEPT SCREAMING AND SNATCHING CARDS FROM EACH OTHER. THEN PLAYED THIS MINING GAME OMG TAN JUANHE THE IMBA-NESS WAS SO SNEAKY. You know what, I'm 17 years old already. I'm in rjc. I've been taught how to make my own decisions, been brainwashed to evaluate the pros and the cons perfectly well. I know the consequences of my own decisions.

There are some commitments in life that one can easily give up, and some that one cannot. Of course to many people the decision is easy, because there really isn't much for them to give up. I have. I have my life and I have my friends, and I have my studies and council. I have so many things.

And I'm not going to give any of it up. I have always believed that it was through God's grace that I got into council. And He also gave me brains and put me into a good school. What more can I do to show my gratitude than to do well and to do my best?

Tell me, how do I do that if you rob me of my saturdays? When I already don't have enough hours a day, enough days a week. I want to do my jobs well. Not leave everything half committed, and ending up nowhere.

You say only the devoted sacrifice their saturdays and sundays to worship. I say I worship every minute. I praise whenever I see His Hand in miracles. I awe at His creations and His flawless, patiently schemed plans. I worship Him every night and every sunday. He never leaves my sphere of thought for long. Why do I need to spend an extra day a week sitting at someone's house listening to another sermon, especially one that I cannot connect to or fail to see the point of, when I can learn about God from my own experiences, my own observations, my own faith?

All this while, the things that have strengthened my faith in Him, that have filled me with love and gratitude are not morally-lauded preachings or intense sermons. He slowly opens my eyes by showing me the things He can do, and will do for me. By giving me doubts so I will question. By filling me with the courage to face my doubts.

He also gave me my good friend jeremysim who has taught me more and walked with me through this journey with Jesus further than any church sermon I've had so far. Don't tell me I need to attend cell to want to know God better, or to love Him more. There're so many radical people out there (here's one) who've managed. And I'm sorry, I've just inflated his ego. Jeremy pls don't read this again, excessive egoism gives you pimples.

Then you ask me why I go to church for. That's because church is God's holy ground. That's because I can't forgive myself of my sins, nor can I give blessings upon myself. And it's also because I can't play the drums, keyboards, guitars and sing all at once. Sunday is God's decrred holy day for church, so I will go.

Once upon a time God told me to go to church again, and I did. I didn't regret it. Now I don't hear His urge for me to attend cell every week. He gave me jobs to do in school that I have to commit to. And He has already provided me with so many other avenues to learn and to spread the word of His greatness and wonder.

'It all boils down to your own choice.' Yeah, I already chose. I'll learn to sacrifice for cell when I hear God telling me to.

Okay where was I!

NEXT DAY.

Oho. We all set our alarm clocks to wake us up at 6.45am, cos we needed to be ready by 7.30. But got rudely awaken by chan shihua.

shee: just wanted to find out if felly and sabby are practising their dance later on... tell them to call me if they are!

Then I quickly woke sabby, and we tried to wake felly who refused to wake up, then we got ready and changed and everything. After getting ready, sabby suddenly looked at her phone and... 6.25am. We were like. What the?? Called shee again ('I know I know.. sorryyy') apparently they mixed up singapore time with batam time lol.

Couldn't sleep so we started writing notes and plotting how to kill shee.

Later went to find ally joseph sean and we sat in ally's room to stone. Ally was super funny omg! In the morning she wanted to know what time we had to be down, so she tried to call joseph at room 351. Then this angmoh guy picked up!

Aiyah. Can't really rmb what happened that day. We decided to give the exco their cakes during breakfast, and zhiwen his card from his lovely housed. We had department R n R. Ours was super funny. We choped the spot hidden behind the projector then all went to sleep until zhiwen reluctantly decided we should do work. It was like: 'okay. Anyone has anything to reflect on? No? Okay let's have house d meeting.' Haha. Yay we have loads of cool stuff to work on this hols. My hols are insane. Orientation decor, council camp, house d, SATs. I am totally going to ggxx next year, I have 2 major functions council camp AND elections how how?

Then afterwards was games time! The games were uber funny. Especially the getting-to-know each other ones. My group was so imba! At first we got like 2 points when everyone had 7? Then we suddenly caught up! :D Haha. It was quite funny. The pirates were cheating like crazy. Then walter was trying to cheat too. He wrote his answer, then pretending to drop it so that the other wizard groups could see it -.- okay I found out that HH was spelt Hadley-Hullett not Hadley-Hullet. Yay.

Oh this part was super funny!! Cos it was hongjie's birthday, everytime he went up to answer a question the whole council would burst into a chorus of 'Happy Birthday'. We sang it like, 5 times for that game alone. Then everytime philip went up as well we'd start giggling :D scandalous people.

Later had some weird captain's ball game where the normal ball kept getting substituted by weird stuff like rugby ball tennis ball pingpong ball. HONGJIE IS MADNESS. He's a mutant. He'd suddenly jump/ fly out of nowhere, spin a few times in the air with the ball and do some cool trick, then shoot. Then everyone'd just stare in awe. He is so cool.

Afterwards we had performance. Go bb! Go ashvin! Haha. And exco performance! Omg ELTON IS SO CUTE. We were making him do funny body waves and dumb moves. And chengjie was acting cute lah! Haha. It's hilarious watching guys dance especially when they can't.

And the puzzle pieces thingy! So cool! Haha.

And blah blah. The rest was kind of a blur. Oh the photo powerpoint thing was coolio. I bet mandy had a hand in it. Haha.

At the end we had to solve this long chain of imba difficult clues (WHICH WAS THOUGHT OF BY THE IMBA-NESS TAN JUANHE WITH COOLIO HAIR). We were all stumped at one clue, then everyone gathered around puzzling. Then suddenly YEONG LIQIAN THE GODLINESS walked past, looked at it for 5s AND GAVE US OUR ANSWER. We were just shocked out of our wits haha.

Going back! This time the ferry ride was longer cos we took some detour route. Joseph philip maoting me played cards. Listened to weiyuan's mp3. Then when we were nearing coast we stopped playing. Then I started getting seasick ): Eee so sad. I was half-puking all the way back into harbourfront. Had to sit down with poor giraffe (who was seasick the entire journey) and be zoo exhibits haha. Syafiq gave me a ride home :D And thanks everyone for their concern :D

Yepp fun days. There were many many random moments! Mostly with my house D. Like how I enjoy whacking ashvin cos he'd make some gross 'ah' noise. Or how grace and ally kept doing dumb stuff and making us laugh. Ahh alot of stuff lah haha.

Today was councilcamp meeting. Whoo it's getting near, mans. April april! We're going to have CCIC PT next saturday! :D cos we need to be able to do what we ask the 28ths to do lol.

COUNCIL RETREAT!

Haha omg so much fun. I didn't want to come back. Wanted the stupid ferry to turn back to batam to harris resort again and have another night there so much fun.

First day. Haha the first time we went into the function room anna and nette were standing at the door wearing grass skirts and painted streaks on their faces and I got a shock. Then we walked in further and the whole exco was there in grass skirts and with painted faces! AND THERE WAS A SORTING HAT. Omg so cool right?

Elton is sooo cute! Haha. He was dressed as the Wise Man. With a bright yellow grass-beard and a cloak with rainbow clouds lol. And junyang! 'This, is hairy. Very hairy. Potter.' hahaha.

The activities were all quite fun! (: yay exco did a great job. The food was not bad too!

First was the Sorting! Pirates or wizards. I was wizards 2! Together with giraffe jiaying weiyuan yanjie lizheng tianzhi. Hahaha I had good joke omg.

me to random wizard person: are you in wizards?
wizard person: yah
me: oh, I'm in wizards TOO! (two)

GEDDIT. HAHA. okay nvm.

We played some funny games. The first game wizards won! We had some lame cheer. Wingarrrdium Leviooosa! Whoosh!

Then later was rooming. Lol my roommates already knew they were with me, sabbylau and felly! We had to solve some funny riddles to find our rooms. Quite lame but cool and cheem haha. I bet juanhe the imba-ness came up with them.

The room next to our room is haunted! ): It has this wooden sign on top of the door room number that's in japanese. So scary right.

Oh oh night was the best! :D Haha grace and I thought we should do something for the mt exco people, since we had 4 people (the most whoo!). And of course for our dearest house capt. So we bought 4 slices of overpriced cake (everything in batam is overpriced, their gst is 21% omg? dun complain), wrote notes on their plates. And made a card for zhiwen!

Since all the mt councillors planned to meet at joseph's room, grace and I wanted to put the cakes into his room. But grace had to go toilet to do business. So I went to joseph's room with the cakes, and he was alone in his room. I totally forgot abt the 'no one girl one guy in one room' rule so I just stepped in, then joseph said, 'you not scared I rape you?' hahaha then I quickly jumped out.

Grace didn't come to joseph's room in the end, so we went to ask her why. She said she went to room 305 and knocked for a very long time but no one answered. Then this staff walked past and told her there wasn't anyone in that room, but she didn't believe so she went to call the room. But still no one picked up. Know why? Cos joseph's room is 350! Woots.

Later on we had baby guessing competition! Haha super cute omg all the baby photos! But vivian was the cutest, she won (:

Oh and writing notes to each other and posting them into envelopes!

Ashvin's letter was the bomb. Cos he was asking me abt sats like that morning.

Then we went outside where the exco made this huge candle heart thingy, so sweet (:

Then was free time, when we planned to surprise the exco! Though I don't think zhiwen would really be surprised, we were trying to write the notes during activities then he kept popping up next to us then pretending not to see anything.

So me ally grace joseph maoting went to joseph's room to wait for ashvin to bring them up. But later ashvin called saying the exco disappeared. And I went to find stupid philip. Ohoh I found out that he and hongjie went out for a romantic nightwalk together!! HEHE. And later he told me they were alone in hongjie's room too tsk tsk ah.

Came back and met ashvin on the way to joseph's room. The stupid guy pretended to stalk me and started chasing me down the corridor. Oh the joseph told the story of what happened while I was gone.

Ally: I want to go back to my room, joseph go with me!
joseph: oh er ok. But cannot one girl one guy?
Grace: Ally I go with you!
joseph: then only me and maoting in my room!!

HAHAHA STUPID OMG. Grace ally and me laughed for a few thousand minutes.

Anw we waited and waited and the exco still didn't come. So we started prank calling! HAHA. Okay the whole world was prank calling. Ours was ally deep-breathing into the phone. Actually we wanted to catch a girl and scare her, but sadly it didn't work ): Once we called the BB room and felly picked up the phone.

felly: hello?
ally: *scary deep breathing*
felly: eh someone's prank calling!
kovan (to felly's rescue wink wink): hello?
ally: *scary deep breathing*
kovan: oh pizza delivery? We ordered pizza just now are you calling to confirm our order?

-.- Haha grace me and joseph were giggling nonstop while calling people.

And oh later ashvin went away and prank called our room, joseph picked up. Ashvin was so convincing that joseph din know it was him! So joseph got super pissed at ashvin and refused to let him into the room later on lol.

Yen and sean came to our room too. Then we stoned some more waiting for the exco. Camwhored with maoting's camera. Philip and I started fighting for sean's bed and pillow. Joseph and I screamed at each other cos zhiwen's cake fell out of the fridge twice when I opened it. He said 'f you jiening' twice and I told him I will never talk to him ever until he apologises at least 10 times. Joseph pretended to sleep and sulked in his bed. Sean fell asleep at the foot of his bed and complained about how he hates mt now. Ally and grace fell asleep on nicktong's bed. I took unglam shots of sean sleeping with maoting's cam. Sean snored. Philip and I took turns holding his nose. Ashvin wanted to do try out something really R rated with sean. Ashvin philip maoting and I played daidi and bluff. Stupid philip tan zengyao kept wasting his imba cards just to deter me from winning. I stole his pillow and blocked the tv from him so he couldn't watch soccer. Served him right. Played some more. Then later... THE TEACHERS KNOCKED ON THE DOOR o.o

Haha lights out was 11.30. We were still in joseph's room at 2 :\ Grace and ally woke up but pretended to sleep lol. The teachers din scold us cos we told them we were waiting for the exco to give them their surprise, but forced us to go back to our rooms.

Later when felly sabby and I were sleeping joseph called to apologise. Lol! Quite funny. He was having bad sinus so he sounded like he was crying.

I am in the throes of antisocial moodiness at the moment.

I still don't know what to make of my life.

I think I'll continue not saying bad words indeterminately. Forcing myself to hold something back makes me feel better. At least I'm doing something.

If I could turn time back... I wouldn't let myself be born. Then I wouldn't have to be bothered with a life to make a life of! :D I am so smart, and so so lazy. Applaud me NOW.

P.s. Hmm if I want to be a taitai in future who could be my victim? *narrows eyes* (cue evil laughter)

Theory today was a terrible experience. For once I actually used up all 3 hours of the time given. The last time I only used 1/2 of it. Omg it was so TEDIOUS. I couldn't decide which chords some bars were, and at the end part I really really felt like puking so I just anyhow put down something aha. But the terms and definitions part was actually easy! :D Okay hopefully I can pass. I cannot stand another exam like this, it's even worse than 3 hours straight of math.

There's something wrong with me today! I am forever hungry. I ate lunch out with mum after her training, went home and made my real mum cook lunch, and ate my dad's share too. Just ate dinner and I'm thinking of what I should eat now hmmm.

My cousin said she heard my tummy growling right after she saw me eat my dinner o.O Aha theres really something wrong omg

I'm so going to fail my grade 8. I can't remember all the little definitions of the millions of musical forms and dances and terms. I have like 10 pages of them, and I already cut it down by alot. Lols. There's like a million time signatures and composers I keep mixing them up. Sarabande and courante and polka and sicilliano I can't tell anything apart from anything. Argh. GG.

What's worse is that the syllabus is going to change next year. which means if I fail it then I need to relearn the new syllabus. Should have taken last year lah, omg.

Suuuuuucks.

Oh yeah OP ended. Eventful is understating it, what with forgotten posters, messed up slides and disappearing scripts... which so coincidentally happen to revolve around someone. But yeah perhaps one day 'someone' may mysteriously get pushed down a building... if anyone dares to touch him, that is.
